Throughout her life, Rosa Davis has had a passion for standing up for what’s right.  Rosa launched a campaign to eliminate the Statutes of Limitation with regard to sexual crimes against children in Peru.

On August 4, 2018 the Congress of Peru finally amended the law in Peru to end the Statutes of Limitations.

Rosa is an advocate for changing the global statute of limitations for child sexual abuse cases, particularly in the Americas. She is also involved with Pathways to Peace, an organization which promotes community engagement and international peace building.
Because of Rosa's years of community outreach in 2014 she was selected as an Honorary Commander in the Air Force.
